October's Homemaker lesson is Self-Care: Meaningful Social Connections.
This lesson will examine strategies for making social connections a part of self-care, which helps overall well-being and life quality. This lesson may include tips for self-pampering.
Jill Harris, Todd County FCS Agent will led this lesson. You may come to the Muhlenberg County Extension Office at 10 AM on October 1 to participate in the lesson, or watch via Zoom at 5:30 PM on October 1. Please contact the Extension Office if you would like the Zoom link emailed to you.
